The seller was responsive before the sale, but I was disappointed with the bag I received. Its condition was not accurately disclosed, the โdirtโ turned out to be multiple rubs, and the hardware had visible scratches despite being described as scratch-free. When I raised these concerns after receiving the item, the seller stopped responding.
