The seller and I ONLY agreed to j&t being the courier, yet they changed it to lbc at the last minute without asking for my consent. The only lbc branch on my island is literally 1 to 2 hours away which is such a hassle but the seller refuses to acknowledge their fault. We agreed on a refund (which is still pending), but this is by far the worst customer service I've experienced.

Of course as expected you took screenshots out of context. I wasnt going to make this a bigger issue and give you a review bec i already offered solutions, a refund (which i didnt have to do, all sale should be final), and just call it as it is, move on. but as expected like you kept on going on and on in our chat after i offered refund. Next time make sure your barangay is existent before you even think of buying a tony bianco pair and have someone find the non existent address and blame them.

The item was okay but i didn't notice na may minimal na discoloration na sa end part ng bangle kasi di kita sa photos na posted niya. And she's a bit sarcastic when responding with my inquiries.

You left a lot out on your attached screenshots :) How you dragged the transaction for days and how you low balled and asked for the same info again and again. Yet i still accomodated all reasonable requests. At some point i even told you we don't need to proceed with the transaction (because i know customers like you will NEVER be satisfied because you expect and demand brand new quality and premium service while lowballing, despite full transparency). Nonetheless thanks for leaving a review!
