not oversized and you can wear it as is but you can also use it as a topper. no brand, sizing tag or material composition but it's thick and it's quite heavy. the yarn is probably acrylic. would fit a size 6-10 best. this would look really cute if paired with a tennis skirt and a white polo 🥺
