nice seller and nice to deal with; but the naked2 pallete i have bought isn’t authentic. I never asked about the authenticity because her pictures on the listing has serial codes do i thought it is authentic. Then i received the item it is completely not authentic. I have asked to send it back and get my money back instead; but she said she’s selling on behalf of a friend that’s why she didn’t know it’s not authentic; and said she’ll see what she can do.
